HMI Cover Kits

HMI Cover Kits are designed to provide protection for instruments or electronics on the enclosure exterior or requiring routine attention or surveillance. These mount securely to the outside of any enclosure option, and makes accessibility to electronic components easy!

Add a prop arm kit for added convenience, allowing the HMI cover to remain in the open position.

  • Formed-In-Place (FIP) polyurethane gasket in continuous channel

AMVENT4XLG

Proper ventilation for an electrical enclosure can help ensure the critical electronic components housed in the enclosure operate continuously and efficiently. After all, enclosures are found in many environments around the world – from salty coastal areas to humid factories to frozen tundras; keeping the components working on the inside, in any type of environment, is integral to the enclosure system.

  • Corrosive and impact resistant.  Ideal for wet, dusty, or corrosive environments.
  • Aids in venting electrical enclosures, reducing heat and condensation on the inside.
  • Set Includes (2) vents. Recommended to install on opposite sides of the enclosure with one high and one low for optimum air flow.
  • Includes mounting hole pattern for easy installation.

ULTRAPLUG® HOLE SEALS

Allied Moulded ULTRAPLUG® hole seals are designed to plug and seal unused holes NEMA 4X enclosures and maintain applicable NEMA/UL/CSA. They fit a wide range of sizes and feature a self-centering, anti-rotational design, ensuring quick and simple one-person nut assembly with no tools required for tightening!

  • Easy one-person plug assembly 
  • Innovative plug "fins" are self-centering and anti-rotational for fast, no-tools tightening

Simple Installation

1. Push and twist the plug into the hole, engaging the fins.

2. Screw in and tighten the nut until the plug bottoms out on the substrate. Hand tighten only.
